Our products are not gluten free. However, all of our sourdough items are fermented for 24+ hours, which helps break down gluten proteins and can make them easier to tolerate for some people with gluten sensitivities.
Alyssa personally has a gluten intolerance and is able to enjoy Kneady Mama sourdough products without issues, but every body is different and we always encourage you to make the choice that feels best for you.

Never bromated or bleached flour

At this time, our sourdough is only available locally through farmers markets and select stores. Because our bread is made fresh in small batches, we focus on quality and freshness first. Online ordering and expanded options may be coming in the future!

We love keeping things fresh and creative, so menu items may rotate weekly!

Our sourdough is best enjoyed within 3–5 days at room temperature when stored properly in a bread bag, towel, or bread box.
For longer storage, we recommend slicing and freezing your loaf. Simply toast or warm slices as needed for fresh-baked taste and texture.

• ⁃ Standard commercially made bread and sourdough is not the same! Sourdough is made with a natural fermentation process made of just flour, water and salt, not commercialized or processed yeast. It's way easier on your digestive system and is actually considered a superfood to many because of the health benefits!
