After years of navigating Lyme disease and developing gluten sensitivities, I discovered that the food we eat can either weigh us down or lift us up. Bread, a food I once loved, became impossible to enjoy without discomfort. I turned to slow fermentation, organic ingredients, and small-batch baking as a way to heal my body — and nourish my family.

What started as a personal journey quickly became something more. I realized that other people were searching for bread they could trust, bread that felt safe, honest, and nourishing. Kneady Mama was born from that insight — a brand rooted in care, patience, and intentionality. Every loaf we bake is crafted with attention to detail, designed to bring comfort, joy, and a sense of ritual to your table.
